- Details of existing records and drawings for site
- Arrangements for communications and exchange of information between parties
- Safety & health goals and monitoring arrangements
- Arrangements for consultation with workforce
- Arrangements for dealing with design changes
- Selection and control of contractors
- Site security, Induction, & Site Rules
- Welfare & First Aid arrangements
- Emergency arrangements
- The production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- The reporting of accidents and near misses
- Dealing with Particular risks
- Dealing with Non-Particular risks
- Dealing with health risks
